The client required electrical infrastructure involving civil works, foundations, steel structures and equipment bases, while maintaining control over safety, progress and on-site coordination.
Scope
Site preparation, layout, foundations, concrete pedestals, equipment bases, lattice steel structure assembly, raceways and coordination of electromechanical activities.
Solution
Execution was organized by work fronts, coordinating civil works, structural assembly, site safety, suppliers, specialists and supervision to reduce interfaces and maintain project control.
