Project Management & Owner’s Representative for Industrial Line Integration

Challenge

Coordinate the on-site installation and integration of an industrial line involving international OEMs, local contractors and the end client’s operations team.

Scope

On-site Project Management, Owner’s Representative support, coordination of international suppliers, contractor follow-up, technical meetings in English, open-item tracking, testing, commissioning and line start-up support.

Solution

SAIPSA acted as the local technical interface, coordinating critical activities, team interfaces, field progress, site constraints and communication between the parties involved.

Result

The client gained better visibility of actual progress, improved supplier coordination and local technical support to bring the line to operating and production conditions.

These cases reflect how SAIPSA can integrate into different types of projects: as a technical executor, specialized contractor, local coordinator, construction supervisor, project manager, or Owner’s Representative.

The primary value lies in combining field experience, multidisciplinary coordination, technical control, progress monitoring, and clear communication with the client, contractors, suppliers, and all involved teams.
